Evidence Brief: You have an idea and need quick feedback. Scaling Diagnostic: You have an MVP and need a launch plan. Product Advisory: You need ongoing sparring. Launch Blueprint: You want to start immediately with a complete launch plan.
After a kickoff call, we start with 2-4 strategic calls per month. Between calls, I'm available via Slack/Email for quick questions. Minimum commitment: 3 months, then monthly cancellation.
Usually within 1-2 weeks after a fit check. For urgent cases, I can start faster, depending on my current availability.
You receive concrete recommendations and can decide: Continue with a project collaboration, extend Advisory, or implement independently. No obligation.
Packages are hybrid (remote + 1-2 on-site workshops). Advisory is primarily remote. Project collaborations are on-site (Hamburg or DACH region) with flexible remote days.
