For over 19 years, I've been shipping products in environments where most see only obstacles: Gematik-compliant health apps, edge-to-cloud IoT platforms with 55 people and 3 vendors, public sector platforms with complex stakeholder landscapes.
My first question in every project: How do you know it works? Not as a rhetorical exercise, but as the foundation for every decision. Five perspectives, measurable, before a single line of code is written.
